Inspired by a life outdoors and growing up in New Zealand Nikki Fogden founded Life's a Gym in Amsterdam in 2004. The goal: to provide personalised knowledge about exercise and nutrition to both corporate and individual clients. Born NZ, 12 years in Europe and now living in Australia Nikki has ensured the philosophy of 'life's a gym' is carried through each program and corporate vitality presentation. Encouraging plenty of fresh air and exercise you enjoy using nature as your play ground - enabling a balance between work, home and maintaining your personal best.
Life's a Gym works directly with international companies integrating fitness and vitality into the workplace and for personal clients from Europe to the US, UK to Australia.

Nikki combines a background sports and nutrition with 14 years working in marketing and the corporate world. This combination provided a vital understanding of challenges when balancing busy lives, careers and family.
